Assistant Accountant

RG Consultancy is proud to be working with a successful and growing business near Altrincham to recruit an experienced Assistant Accountant or Management Accountant to join its finance team. The Role Reporting into the finance team, you will play a key role in supporting the Record to Report function and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Key responsibilities include: Preparing and posting journals Assisting with month-end close activities Balance sheet reconciliations Processing accruals and prepayments Supporting financial reporting requirements Investigating and resolving financial queries Maintaining accurate financial records Assisting with process improvement initiatives About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in an R2R, finance administration, accounts or assistant accountant role Strong reconciliation skills Excellent attention to detail Good Excel skills The ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and organisational skills What''s on Offer?
