Assistant Accountant £35,000 - £40,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits Hybrid Working Flexible Hours The Opportunity A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Accountant to join a successful international organisation experiencing continued growth. This role will suit a finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking to develop their accounting, reconciliation and analytical skills within a large, multi-entity business. Working as part of an established finance team, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate processing, reconciliation and reporting of financial transactions whilst supporting month-end activities and continuous improvement initiatives across the department. Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies. Ensuring costs are accurately coded and allocated. Performing balance sheet reconciliations. Reviewing and analysing financial transactions. Supporting month-end reporting and close processes. Assisting with accruals and prepayments. Maintaining strong financial controls and accurate records.
