Day-to-Day of the Role: Accounts Payable: Process and input supplier invoices using Dext, Xero, and Approval Max. Handle supplier queries, including requests for statements, invoices, and credit notes. Check staff expenses and prepare them for payment. Conduct monthly supplier reconciliations, addressing any discrepancies and maintaining accurate records. Accounts Receivable: Manage and reconcile various forms of payment receipts including card, SO, Stripe, direct debit, and BACS in Moveware.
