Assistant Accountant Working as part of an established finance team, you''ll gain broad exposure across day-to-day accounting, month-end, reporting and financial controls. Completing daily bank reconciliations and accurately posting transactions. Posting journals and supporting the month-end close. Maintaining accurate general ledger entries and reconciling key control accounts, including accruals, stock in transit and rebates. Supporting the preparation of monthly management accounts. Assisting with variance analysis and KPI reporting across margin, inventory and costs. Ensuring financial processes are completed in line with internal policies and controls.
