This is a great step for a part qualified Accountant to step into a more autonomous accounting role.Client DetailsThe employer is a medium-sized reputable business in central Northampton.DescriptionThe Assistant Accountant''s duties will include but are not limited to:Review and reconcilie balance sheet codes.Calculating and posting journals.Posting of accruals and prepayments.Confirmation of cleared funds and setting up bank payments.Reconciliation of vehicle stock check to nominal ledger reports.Providing holiday cover for other accounts functions including bank reconciliations and cash banking.Reviewing and running reports as required.Ad hoc support.
