      <description>Location: Leeds | Salary: 32000.00-32000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | HW Finance are pleased to partner with a long standing client to recruit a commercially focused Assistant Accountant to support the financial performance of the business. In this role you will provide essential support across the day-to-day financial operations of the division.This is a varied role offering exposure to KPI reporting, transactional accounting and month end processes. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Accountant and Finance Manager with the day-to-day financial management of the division.Analyse financial performance and identify key trends and variances.Maintain the accuracy and integrity of transactional accounting records.Assist with month-end close and reporting processes.Investigate financial discrepancies and ensure issues are resolved promptly.Provide accurate financial information and analysis to support commercial decision-making.Work collaboratively with wider finance teams across the business.Ensure accounting processes and controls are consistently followed.About YouWe are looking for someone with a strong grounding in accounting in a mid-large sized business who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.You will ideally have:...</description>
