This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with an immediate start, offered during a period of change and system transition.The role is varied and hands-on. Around 40% of the position focuses on purchase ledger, with the remainder covering reconciliations, banking, VAT, intercompany accounting, and support with management accounts and systems work.Key Responsibilities:Purchase LedgerProcessing supplier invoices end to endMatching, coding, and posting invoices accuratelyHandling supplier queries and resolving discrepanciesPreparing and processing supplier payment runsSupporting intercompany purchase ledger transactionsBanking, Reconciliations and CashflowWeekly and monthly bank reconciliations, including multi-currency accountsInvestigation and resolution of reconciling itemsPreparing weekly and monthly cashflow reportsSupporting payment runs and controlsCredit Cards and ExpensesProcessing and analysing company credit card transactionsEnsuring correct coding and VAT treatmentReconciling credit card statementsLiaising with cardholders for supporting documentationVAT, Tax and ReturnsPreparing VAT returns across several entitiesSupporting ..... full job details .....
