Assistant Accountant

Financial Accountant£45-50K South LondonMy client is a media company based in Clapham and is looking for a Financial Accountant to join the team.Duties Include:Prepare and maintain the intercompany matrix, ensuring full reconciliation across all group entitiesComplete end-of-month Revenue reportsPrepare quarterly revenue projectionsPrepare monthly MI Packs for multiple entitiesMaintain and review balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basisPerform bank reconciliations across all relevant group entitiesReview accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) invoices to ensure accuracy and compliancePrepare and submit VAT returns in accordance with applicable regulatory deadlinesAct as the primary point of contact for external auditors, supporting audit processes end-to-endAssist with year-end audit procedures, including gathering and preparing audit samples and evidenceAssist the Compliance team in compiling month-end project completion listsAssist with weekly KPI reporting, tracking revenue and commission performance against budget targetsRequirements:Part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)Experience in a multi-entity or international finance environmentStrong understanding of month-end close processes, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany journals and VAT complianceExcellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlinesProficiency in accounting software and ..... full job details .....
