This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified accountant looking to further develop their skills within a commercially focused role, working closely with stakeholders across the business.The successful candidate will gain exposure to management accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and business partnering, while supporting key decision-making across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the preparation of monthly management accounts and performance analysisSupport budget and forecast processes across operational departmentsComplete balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variancesProduce financial reports and KPI analysis to support business performancePartner with operational teams to improve financial understanding and reportingContribute to month-end and year-end accounting activitiesIdentify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficienciesAbout YouPart-qualified (AAT, ACCA or CIMA) or actively studying towards a professional qualificationStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large volumes of dataAdvanced Excel skillsExcellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders across the businessHighly organised with strong attention to detailProactive approach and willingness to take ownership of tasksAble to thrive in a fast-moving, operational ..... full job details .....
