This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their accounting career, with exposure to a broad range of finance duties.Working closely with the Financial Controller and wider finance team, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging the purchase ledger, ensuring supplier invoices are processed accurately and efficientlyReconciling supplier statements and resolving invoice queriesPreparing supplier payment runsAssisting with credit control and monitoring outstanding customer balancesSupporting cash allocation and bank reconciliationsPreparing balance sheet reconciliationsAssisting with intercompany reconciliationsMaintaining accurate financial records and supporting month-end processesAssisting with financial reporting and audit requirementsWorking collaboratively with the wider finance team to ensure smooth day-to-day operationsAbout YouPrevious experience with month end (accruals, prepayments etc)Strong reconciliation skills with excellent attention to detailConfident using Excel and accounting softwareHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solvingA team player who enjoys working collaboratively and supporting ..... full job details .....
