This role requires someone with the experience to support the production of monthly management accounts as well as supporting the ledgers. Duties include:Oversee the preparation of the AP/AR monthly reconciliations for UK and sales offices e.g. reviewing ledger balances for completeness and accuracy, clearing discrepancies. Liaise with all subsidiaries and associated companies on completion of their months sales/purchase ledger postings and run the necessary general ledger updates. Perform balance checks on specific general ledger accounts Oversee the preparation Cashbook and journal posting. Assist in the monthly VAT preparation and reconciliation for the group companies. Assist in preparation of the Auditors file and schedules for all group companies. Prepare the prepaid expense costs for checking and signing - Equals Money Support monthly payroll on a bi-monthly basis including pension submissions and payroll year endPrepare the monthly sales information from the financial tables Reviewing the accuracy of the data...
