Assets Officer - Full Time Derry / Londonderry Join a leading housing organisation as an Assets Officer, playing a key role in the management and maintenance of residential properties across the North West. You''ll be responsible for overseeing maintenance works, conducting property inspections, liaising with contractors and helping to ensure homes are maintained to a high standard for tenants. Key Details: £17.90 per hour (£34,434 per annum equivalent) 12 month temporary position Immediate start available Monday to Thursday: 8:45am - 4:45pm, Friday: 8:45am - 4:30pm Travel throughout the North West region will be required ( Occasional out-of-hours attendance may be required in emergency situations) Immediate start available. About the Role Reporting to the Assets Manager, the successful candidate will support the delivery of responsive, cyclical and planned maintenance programmes. This role involves working closely with tenants, contractors and internal teams to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard and maintenance services are delivered efficiently. The position offers a combination of office-based work and site visits, providing an excellent opportunity for someone with a property maintenance or construction background who enjoys a varied workload.
