As a small-sized organisation, they are dedicated to maintaining and improving local infrastructure through efficient and effective asset management.DescriptionThe Asset Surveyor is part of the Asset Strategy and Investment TeamYou will support the delivery of professional surveying services, including stock condition surveys, planning, contract management, asbestos inspections, and customer consultations.The role involves managing capital and cyclical maintenance programmes cost-effectivelyEnsure compliance with housing, construction, and health and safety legislation, and contributing to energy efficiency and sustainability projectsProfileStrong knowledge of social housing, construction law, and health and safety regulations.Experience in building surveys, diagnosing repairs, contract administration, and managing contractors.Advantageous: experience with energy efficiency retrofit works.Relevant qualifications (e.g., Surveying degree, HNC, RICS, CIOB) or equivalent experience.Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and ensure effective customer communication.Job OfferAn hourly rate of approximately 25ph - 30phA ..... full job details .....
