You will use stock condition data, property inspections and asset intelligence to help shape investment decisions, improve housing quality and deliver safe, sustainable homes. Working closely with contractors, consultants and internal teams, you will undertake surveys, investigate building defects, support capital programmes and contribute to the ongoing improvement of asset performance. Key Responsibilities: Undertake stock condition surveys and property inspections across the housing portfolio. Investigate building defects, damp and mould, disrepair cases and HHSRS hazards, identifying long-term solutions. Support the development of planned maintenance, cyclical works and capital investment programmes. Produce technical reports, specifications and investment recommendations.
