Asset Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced Asset Surveyor to join our Asset Management team and play a key role in ensuring we have accurate, up-to-date information about the condition of our homes. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your surveying and construction knowledge to help shape future investment and improvement programmes. You''ll be responsible for carrying out stock condition surveys across individual properties, blocks and communal areas, identifying defects, assessing risks and providing recommendations that help us target investment where it is needed most. You''ll work closely with colleagues across Asset Management, Technical Services and Delivery, using your knowledge and experience to ensure our property data is accurate, meaningful and supports effective long-term investment decisions.
