The Role
As the Asset Surveyor, you’ll:
• Undertake stock condition surveys and property inspections ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage works related to surveys within financial limits and policies.
• Produce reports and documentation for compliance and issues resolution.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and address service delivery shortfalls.
• Support the cyclical programme, including surveys and resident consultations.


You
To be successful in the role of Asset Surveyor, you’ll bring:
• Relevant experience in property surveying or a similar field.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• A proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in property management.
