      <description>Location: Cambridge | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Asset Surveyor Cambridge £48,246.11 per annum Hybrid Working - minimum of 1 day per week at Head Office, plus site visits at other CHS sites around Cambridgeshire  Permanent, Full time (35 hours per week)    About the role:   We''re looking for an enthusiastic Asset Surveyor to join our friendly Property Services Team and support the Asset Manager with providing our customers with an excellent planned works service.   Focusing on specific repairs, projects, and programmes, this role will include:    Supporting the Asset Manager in collecting and analysing asset stock condition and EPC data to inform delivery of the Asset Management Strategy and future asset management decisions.  Develop recommendations for planned maintenance, cyclical works and capital investment programmes.  Carrying out damp and mould inspections and surveys on behalf of CHS for defect diagnosis, assurance around quality/performance, HandS compliance, and asset condition.
