Asset Surveyor An excellent opportunity for an Asset Surveyor to help make property data count, carrying out stock condition surveys, HHSRS assessments and EPC-related work that will support safe, sustainable homes and inform short, medium and long-term investment programmes. If you''ve also worked in the following roles, we''d also like to hear from you: Stock Condition Surveyor, Building Surveyor, Property Surveyor, Housing Surveyor, Residential Surveyor, Maintenance Surveyor, Property Services Surveyor, Asset Management Surveyor, Building Asset Surveyor SALARY: £50,000 per annum + Benefits LOCATION: Hybrid / Ealing, West London with regular travel (approximately 90% field based) JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent WORKING HOURS: 35 Hours per Week, Monday to Friday JOB OVERVIEW The organisation is looking for an Asset Surveyor to join its Assets team, supporting the accurate collection and analysis of property data across a varied housing portfolio. Working in a highly field-based role, you will carry out detailed stock condition surveys, identify hazards through HHSRS assessments and support the production of Energy Performance Certificates. Your work will help shape investment decisions, energy improvement strategies and the continued delivery of safe, well-maintained homes.
