This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in asset management administration, housing data and planned maintenance programmes to support the effective management of housing stock and the delivery of investment and improvement works. Working closely with the wider Asset Management team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate asset records, supporting planned works programmes, producing reports and coordinating with surveyors, contractors and residents to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
