You will play a key role in assessing property performance, undertaking options appraisals, and making recommendations that optimise asset value, operational efficiency and customer outcomes. You will also support acquisitions, disposals, lease management and strategic decision-making across the portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse portfolio performance and provide data-driven recommendations to support asset strategy.Undertake options appraisals to inform investment, redevelopment, retention and disposal decisions.Lead on small to medium-scale asset decisions in line with delegated authority levels.Support property and land acquisition and disposal activities, including business case preparation.Manage commercial leases and partnerships, maximising value while mitigating risk.Collaborate with teams across Housing, Investment, Regeneration, Sustainability, Sales and Finance to ensure informed asset decisions.Build and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders including agents, valuers, developers and tenants.Maintain and develop asset performance data and reporting to support strategic decision-making.Person SpecificationExperience within ..... full job details .....
