Asset Risk ManagerLondon £50,000 - £56,000 + £5000 Car Allowance We are currently recruiting for an Asset Risk Manager to join a leading facilities management organisation, supporting a large and diverse estate across London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineering professional who wants to move away from purely operational engineering and take on a more strategic, analytical role. The position is predominantly home based, with limited travel required across the region. About the Role You''ll be responsible for looking at how engineering assets are performing across the estate and identifying where there may be opportunities to improve reliability, compliance or efficiency. Using maintenance information, asset data and technical feedback from engineers and contractors, you''ll assess trends and recurring issues before producing recommendations and reports for relevant stakeholders. You''ll work closely with engineering teams, technical specialists, contractors and project teams, using your technical knowledge to understand problems and determine the appropriate course of action. Where an issue can''t be resolved remotely, you''ll attend site to investigate further alongside the relevant technical teams. About You We''re looking for someone with a strong engineering background who is comfortable working with both technical information and data.
