This role is accountable for creating and maintaining asset plans for each site and water supply system for the current AMP and for future planning periods. The primary aim is to build and maintain comprehensive plans containing a prioritised and sequenced list of projects/ interventions on-site and across the wider system/ catchment and to communicate clearly the stage gate timelines required from project deliverers. The site and system-based plans will focus on the issues and themes each area faces, and the business plan objectives to be achieved in the next 5 years. This will include how we can improve operational performance, resilience, asset health and new environment/ regulatory improvements. It must also consider community and stakeholder requirements. They will need to be aligned to our strategic themes and be based on our strategic plans.
