In this pivotal role, you will lead the team overseeing the investigation and resolution of non-routine repairs, disrepair claims, damp and mould issues, and planned replacements. You will bring a proactive, resident-focused mindset, always putting our customers first, and working collaboratively across departments to ensure we continue to provide homes that give stability, are safe and provide warmth to our customers. Your accountabilities will include but not be limited to: Take ownership of challenging repairs, disrepair cases, structural issues, and major defects.
