Location: Greenock - Hybrid WorkingSalary: 40,635- 44,619Hours: 35 hours per weekContract: 12-month temporary contractWe''re working with a well-established Housing Association in Greenock to recruit an experienced Asset Officer for a 12-month contract.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience across housing asset management, planned maintenance and landlord compliance to join a supportive and forward-thinking Property Services team.The role will include:Supporting the delivery of planned and cyclical maintenance programmesMonitoring landlord health and safety compliance, including gas, electrical, fire, asbestos and water hygieneSupporting stock-condition surveys and maintaining accurate asset and compliance dataManaging contractors and monitoring performance, quality and value for moneyAssisting with capital investment and property improvement projectsSupporting energy-efficiency, sustainability and net-zero initiativesMonitoring project budgets, timescales and performanceLiaising with tenants, contractors and internal teamsPreparing asset, compliance and performance reportsWe''re looking for someone with:At least two years'' experience in property or asset management within housing or a similar sectorExperience supporting planned and cyclical maintenance programmesGood knowledge of landlord health and safety complianceContractor-management or capital-project experienceStrong communication, organisation and analytical skillsConfidence using ..... full job details .....
