Asset Manager

I am pleased to be working again with my client, A well known 3rd party Asset Manager based in the city who are now on the hunt for Commercial Asset Manager. After winning a significant amount of new contracts we have now helped secure 2 significant hires in their property management team which has now opened the door for a Commercial Asset Manager to join the portfolio consisting of mainly Offices. This role is perfect for someone who comes from a Surveying background and has now spent the last 2 years in Asset Management but is looking to step into a role with more responsibility with significant transactional exposure. ..... full job details .....
