As an Asset Manager, you''ll help shape the physical future of Kensington and Chelsea-ensuring our residents have safe, comfortable, and high-quality homes to live in. It''s a chance to dive deep into our property portfolio, turn data into real-world improvements, and work directly with communities, contractors, and internal teams to build a fairer, safer borough. Working Style: You''ll be based in the Borough for 3 days a week, playing a key role in serving the local community. Whether you''re working on-site or collaborating behind the scenes, you''ll be part of a dedicated team focused on delivering high standards and making a real difference to residents'' lives. What you''ll be doing: Your focus will be making sure our housing and commercial portfolios are safe, sustainable, and fit for the future. You''ll champion high standards and interrogate stock condition data to shape long-term investment plans and lifecycle replacement programmes. This means working closely with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to monitor compliance and keep critical projects on track. Your insights will directly guide our wider Asset Management Strategy-shaping capital programmes, building safety works, and key sustainability initiatives that help us meet our Decent Homes by 2030 target.
