This role will support the business in asset managing a portfolio of 100 buildings across England, with concentrations in Greater London, Manchester, Birmingham, Liverpool, Leeds and Sunderland, and Yorkshire.The key focus of the role is to research and develop opportunities with potential customers, primarily commercial, who may wish to use parking, storage, telecoms, energy, advertising and other facilities and services that exist or may be developed at the company''s sites, in order to generate income.This is not a day-to-day property management role and does not involve supervision of junior staff.
