The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership on a variety of projects, including:Refurbishment and CAPEX programmesAlternative-use strategiesDevelopment initiativesYou will engage across the full investment lifecycle — from acquisition due diligence and business planning through execution and disposal — while managing tenant relationships, external consultants, and project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute asset-level business plans to maximise performance and long-term value.Lead refurbishment, repositioning, and development projects, managing external advisors and contractors.Identify and implement value-add and alternative-use strategies across the portfolio.Negotiate leasing, re-gears, rent reviews, surrenders, and dilapidations.Oversee property management to ensure effective risk and cost management.Support investment and funding activities, including due diligence and valuations.Development-focused candidates should have experience with planning processes, development appraisals, and front-end project execution.Candidate ProfileMRICS qualified with 2–3 years PQEProven track record in development, refurbishment, or repositioning projectsStrong financial literacy with modelling and analytical skillsExcellent communication skills, confident in tenant and stakeholder engagementComfortable in a hands-on, lean ..... full job details .....
