Asset Manager

We are currently partnering with an organisation based in Greater Manchester who are recruiting for an Asset Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis. Our client is a community-focused housing association committed to providing high-quality, affordable homes and delivering excellent housing services that support thriving and sustainable communities across the areas it serves. This is a full-time position with a salary band of £51,000 - £60,000 (subject to experience) and the start date is subject to notice. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Leading asset management strategy across the portfolio Managing cyclical maintenance programmes and major works Overseeing statutory compliance and building safety requirements Driving HHSRS compliance and property condition improvements Budget management and contractor performance monitoring Working closely with residents and stakeholders to improve asset performance and customer satisfaction Supporting the long-term investment planning of the housing stock Experience required: Proven experience in asset management within social housing, local authority, or residential property environments Strong knowledge of planned maintenance programmes, stock investment planning, and lifecycle asset management Experience overseeing statutory compliance, building safety, and HHSRS requirements across a housing portfolio Demonstrable ability to manage budgets, contractors, and stakeholder relationships while ..... full job details .....
