Reporting to the Head of Property Services, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the asset management strategy across a national portfolio of residential properties. This is a varied role combining strategic asset management, planned investment programmes, stock condition management, compliance oversight, damp and mould management, complex repairs and tenant engagement.
