Pay - £400 - £550 per day INSIDE IR35 About the Role You will provide strategic leadership across all aspects of housing asset management, leading a high-performing team responsible for delivering key priorities including: Decent Homes Building Safety HHSRS compliance Energy efficiency and retrofit Zero Carbon planning Asset data and stock intelligence Long-term investment planning You will play a key role in developing and delivering our Housing Asset Management Strategy, ensuring our housing stock continues to meet legislative, regulatory, and customer expectations while supporting the organisations long-term business objectives. This is a highly influential role requiring strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead organisational change.
