Senior Asset Manager Commercial Property Location: Worthing, West Sussex Salary: £56,195 per annum Contract: Permanent Working Pattern: Hybrid - office based Monday, Wednesday and usually one additional day per week Sector: Commercial Property / Chartered Surveying E-Personnel Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Senior Asset Manager to join a busy and highly skilled Property and Investment team based in Worthing. This is an excellent opportunity for an MRICS-qualified commercial property professional looking for a varied and interesting role managing a diverse non-residential commercial property portfolio. The portfolio includes a broad mix of assets including retail, leisure, offices, land, ground leases, community and charity property and some industrial assets, with investment properties located across the South of England, Midlands and North. The Role As Senior Asset Manager, you will work closely with Property and Investment Managers, providing high-quality property asset management and development support and contributing to the organisation''s wider Commercial Property Investment and Property Asset Management strategies.
