About Brechin Holdings Brechin Holdings is part of a wider group comprising around 30 companies, including Padmanor Investments Limited, which recently acquired the V-Shed in Bristol. The group is principally owned by three high-net-worth families and manages a diverse portfolio of assets valued at over £120 million. The portfolio spans Greater London, the South East, and the South West of England, and includes: 25 key commercial assets with over 250 tenants. Approximately 400 residential leaseholders across 50 blocks. Around 60 residential tenancies in additional properties. 500-600 lock-up garages across 15+ sites. Other investments including land and a golf course/hotel/spa (currently on the market with retained development potential).
