Acting as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Asset Verification, you will ensure audit-ready records, optimise asset utilisation, and establish robust digital change workflows. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Asset Lifecycle Control: Manage asset verification, physical audits, inventory reconciliations, and central change logs for plant, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical assets. CAFM & Digital Workflows: Implement digital workflows (CAFM) to capture, justify, and approve asset replacements, relocations, and disposals. Compliance & Governance: Ensure alignment with statutory H&S and financial governance; analyse asset trends and prioritize capital expenditure based on risk.
