This is a mobile, hybrid role offering significant autonomy, combining asset data governance with technical surveys, contract mobilisation and lifecycle planning. The main office is in Central London, with regular national travel required. The Role As the Asset Manager, you''ll: Maintain accurate asset registers and PPM data across CAFM/EAM systems. Complete asset verification, condition surveys, thermal imaging and SPOF assessments. Develop lifecycle replacement strategies, critical spares and remedial work proposals. Support contract mobilisations, establishing compliant asset data and maintenance programmes. Conduct technical compliance audits and improve asset data quality and reporting. Build strong relationships with clients and operational teams across the UK.
