Pay and Shift: £35,000 to £45,000 per annum Monday to Friday (45 hours a week) Key Responsibilities: Oversee inbound load planning and logistics for EOL distribution transformers. Manage oil inspection, decontamination, and oil recovery processes in line with environmental legislation. Lead compliance, reporting, and operational performance monitoring (KPIs). Develop and refine internal procedures ensuring safety and quality standards. Manage stock and subcontractor relationships effectively.
