The role leads 2 teams of strategic planners and risk & performance analysts. The AMS team are responsible for developing our Asset Management Strategy, will lead the transformation in AM Maturity and ensure the organisation is fit for ISO55000 certification in 2027, which requires significant senior level influencing, engagement and delivery of training across all directorates. The AM Risk & Performance team provides asset & risk intelligence to support asset management decision making and investment strategy, through understanding criticality, performance trends, & Deterioration modelling.
