Job Title: Asset Management ParalegalLocation: City of LondonAbout the company: A top US law firm Role overview: The firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Asset Management team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract with scope for extension. Key responsibilities:Monitoring, tracking, collating and coordinating KYC documentation.Company searches, reviewing search results and preparing corporate formalities documents.Preparing and co-ordinating the collection of signature pages.
