The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date property and asset information, ensuring data is reliable and available to support compliance, investment planning and operational decision-making. Maintain and update asset management, property and compliance data across a range of systems. Input, validate and quality-check property and asset information to ensure accuracy and consistency. Manage data relating to statutory compliance, including areas such as fire safety, gas, electrical, asbestos, lifts and other property compliance requirements.
