Asset Investment Manager - Social Housing

Our client is looking for a Asset Investment Manager to lead the delivery of planned maintenance and investment programmes across their housing stock in Manchester. They place residents at the heart of everything they do and are proud to deliver services that make a real difference to people''s lives.Description Manage contractors delivering planned works on housing stock across ManchesterLead, motivate, and manage contractors and consultants to ensure performance, quality, and complianceDevelop and manage budgets, programmes, and procurement processesEnsure all works comply with relevant legislation, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirementsWork collaboratively with internal teams, residents, and external partners to minimise disruption and maximise satisfactionMonitor performance, manage risks, and report on progress and outcomesContribute to asset management planning and continuous service improvement Profile Proven experience managing planned works within social housing Strong knowledge of building construction, maintenance, and compliance requirementsExperience managing budgets, contracts, and programmes of workExcellent communication ..... full job details .....
