Reporting into the Asset Management function, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate asset intelligence, managing stock condition programmes, and shaping long-term investment priorities. This role combines asset management, data analysis, investment planning and programme monitoring, helping to ensure investment decisions are evidence-based, deliver value for money and support long-term sustainability goals. Key Responsibilities: Manage stock condition data, asset performance information and component lifecycle records. Oversee stock condition survey programmes and ensure data quality and accuracy.
