Asset Investment and Performance ManagerHybrid (Cardiff)Contract (Inside IR3)Day rate: Competitive We are seeking an experienced Asset Investment and Performance Manager to lead investment planning and decision-making across a regional asset portfolio. Working closely with Planning, Engineering, Capital Delivery, Finance and Operations, you will ensure investment programmes are evidence-based, affordable, deliverable and aligned with long-term asset management objectives. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and prioritisation of asset investment programmes, aligned with regulatory obligations, service targets, business strategy and customer outcomes.Act as asset owner representative, providing leadership through solution development, options appraisal, investment cases and governance gateways.Prioritise asset interventions using asset health, risk, performance and cost data.Sponsor capital schemes and ensure robust investment papers, governance and programme oversight.Oversee asset lifecycle management, balancing performance, risk, resilience and cost.Work with Operations and Engineering to validate investment needs and ensure recommendations reflect operational requirements.Collaborate with Planning and Finance to ensure investment decisions are evidence-based, affordable and aligned with long-term plans.Develop and monitor performance measures to improve asset insight, investment quality and delivery confidence.Lead teams in applying asset health, risk and performance ..... full job details .....
