Working closely with Planning, Engineering, Capital Delivery, Finance and Operations, you will ensure investment programmes are evidence-based, affordable, deliverable and aligned with long-term asset management objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and prioritisation of asset investment programmes, aligned with regulatory obligations, service targets, business strategy and customer outcomes. Act as asset owner representative, providing leadership through solution development, options appraisal, investment cases and governance gateways. Prioritise asset interventions using asset health, risk, performance and cost data. Sponsor capital schemes and ensure robust investment papers, governance and programme oversight.
