This is an excellent opportunity for a property professional with strong project management, surveying and contract management experience to play a key role in delivering capital investment and improvement programmes.  Managing and delivering allocated capital investment projects from inception through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with contractors, consultants, colleagues, customers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and value for money.
