As part of the Asset Management team, you will play a key role in ensuring property and compliance data is accurate, robust and supports effective investment, maintenance and strategic decision-making across the housing portfolio.We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional with experience in asset, compliance or property data management who is passionate about driving improvements through accurate information and effective systems management.The Role The Asset Data Officer is responsible for maintaining and developing the organisation''s asset management data, ensuring information is accurate, accessible and supports both operational delivery and long-term asset planning.Key responsibilities include: Maintaining and updating the asset management database, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.Managing housing asset information, including stock condition data, compliance records and maintenance history.Supporting the coordination and monitoring of compliance programmes, ensuring inspections, servicing and remedial actions are completed within required ..... full job details .....
