Supporting with the overall planning, organising, leading. Coordination and managing resource from inception to completion? Responsible for Scotland, Northern Ireland and North of England. Responsible for delivering a varied range of retail asset projects, Car Parks and Store Enhancement projects, by taking a leading role in the implementation, change and cost control of the projects within the region. Lead an external Design Team through a series of design meetings and site meetings to ensure the scope is being delivered to cost programme and quality within store enhancements and standalone asset projects inline with the ASDA Model Specification and give feedback on possible improvements Develop programme and chasing to minimise disruption and impact to operations as well as the Identification, mitigation, monitoring and control of risks within the project scope Manage project costs and the adhere to all financial processes and controls Deliver and ensure client duties are ..... full job details .....
