You''ll help coordinate survey schedules, gather accurate data, and produce insightful reports using our Asset Management database.You''ll also collaborate with contractors and consultants to ensure data is captured and structured correctly, respond to queries from residents in relation to stock condition, and contribute to project teams to help improve the department''s overall performance.The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Microsoft Excel and experience working with databases.
