We''re excited to recruit for an Asset Compliance Manager to lead our statutory compliance function, ensuring our homes remain safe, compliant and fit for the future. Reporting to the Head of Building Safety and Compliance, you''ll provide strategic and operational leadership across our compliance portfolio. You''ll play a pivotal role in ensuring we meet all legislative and regulatory requirements while delivering robust assurance to our Executive Team, Board and our customers. As a key member of the Building Safety and Compliance leadership team, you''ll work collaboratively with the Lead Building Safety Manager and senior colleagues to deliver a coordinated, risk-based approach to asset safety and compliance. You''ll also deputise for the Head of Building Safety and Compliance when required, representing Golding Homes internally and externally and contributing to the strategic direction of the service.
