This is a key leadership position where you''ll be responsible for developing and implementing asset care strategies that maximise equipment uptime, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement across the site.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the site''s asset care and maintenance strategyDrive a proactive maintenance culture, moving from reactive to preventative and predictive approachesManage and develop a team of maintenance engineers and techniciansDeliver improvements in OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), reliability, and asset lifespanOversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and executionImplement and optimise CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management Systems)Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage maintenance budgetsEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulationsCollaborate with production, engineering, and continuous improvement teamsAbout YouProven experience in a maintenance or asset care leadership role within manufacturingStrong knowledge of Lean, TPM, or Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM) principlesExperience managing teams and driving cultural changeExcellent ..... full job details .....
