The Role Are you an Asset Care Lead, Multi Skilled Engineering Team leader or Engineering Team Manager with experience of working in a manufacturing environment and able to deliver the site maintenance plan? Working Pattern: days only, Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (12 hour days). Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (12 hour days) and Saturday (11 hours). As Asset Care Lead you''ll support a team of 4 day-based Engineers and act as a point of escalation for issues arising onsite, supported by two Reliability Managers. Your role will be approx. 70% hands on performing both mechanical and electrical planned and reactive maintenance. You''ll report directly to the Site Engineer Manager but also work in close collaboration with the Group Engineering Manager and Manufacturing Excellence Project Manager to ensure the team are working towards achieving the Asset Care Strategy.
